ADMISSIONS FOR 2014-2015
Depending on the age of the student and program, admissions can be considered year round.
ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL:
Students must be the required age or no more than one year older on or before September 1, 2014 for Kindergarten and higher grades. 22 students are accepted for each class.
The applications process includes the following for the school year 2014-2015:
- Parent tours of the school available every day at 8:45 a.m.
- Completion of the Application for Admission available on the website
- A visit to the classroom of the child’s grade, usually from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Mailing of the Teacher Recommendation Form by January 24th
- Submission of the OLSAT or WISC testing done within the past six months
- OLSAT testing can be scheduled at the school by appointment
- Transcript and semester grades are due February 21st
- Group testing will be held February 21st from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for students entering grades K-4.
- Students entering grades 5-8 will need to take the ISEE and have scores sent to the school.
Acceptance notices will be sent upon completion of the application requirements and after March 1st .
PRIMARY SCHOOL:
Students must be 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2014 for each class. 22 students are accepted for each class.
The application process includes:
- Parent tours of the school available every day at 8:45 a.m.
- Completion of the Application for Admission available on the website
- A visit to the classroom of the child’s age from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- The Teacher Recommendation Form for children who have been attending school
- Another visit by appointment to the school for individual placement testing, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Acceptance notices will be sent within one week of completion of the application requirements.
INFANTS AND ORIENTATION:
School ages Newborn to 3 on or before September 1st . 6 to 18 children are accepted for each class.
The application process includes:
- Parent tours of the school available every day at 8:45 a.m.
- Completion of the Application for Admission available on the website
- A visit to the classroom of the child’s age, usually for 30 minutes, by appointment
